Me encanta el tema de revisar herramientas que te permitan manejar o liderar proyectos. En su momento vimos #Redmine un gran gestor, proyectos de software libre y código abierto el cual pueden ver en https://luiszambrana.com.ar/2020/12/20/gestion-de-proyectos-con-redmin-sobre-docker/ y ahora la idea es mostrarle tableros tipo TRELLO para lo cual arme esta sencilla entrada donde vamos a ver Wekan un tablero del tipo Kanban y open source el cual fue construida con el marco Meteor JavaScript y se distribuye bajo la licencia MIT, lo que permite que cualquier persona pueda trabajar fácilmente con él y modificarlo ademas de hostearlo por medio de docker como veremos a continuación.

Primero que nada te cuento que Kanban es un termino japones que significa Cartel, Letrero, o similar (post-it, tarjetas, etc) con el cual se denomina a un metodo con el cual funciona un sistema de información que controla de modo armónico la fabricación de los productos necesarios en la cantidad y tiempo necesarios en cada uno de los procesos que tienen lugar tanto en el interior de la fábrica, como entre distintas empresas. Wekan tambien es una aplicación para la gestión de los flujos de producción. Para los conocedores, es muy similar a Trello con la gran diferencia que es #OpenSource y que por medio de una simple reseta de docker-compose podemos tenerlo en instantes en nuestro servidor para tomarnos un tiempo para conocerlo.

Para esta tarea vas a necesitar tener instalado #docker con lo cual hace un tiempo hicimos esta entrada:

Ahora vamos a crear una carpeta en algun lugar, por ejemplo, yo voy a crear dentro de una carpeta llamada misdocker otra que se llama wekan:

Luego de crear la carpeta creamos el achivo docker-compose.yml y dentro ponemos la siguiente info:

Una vez que copiase y pegaste guardas el archivo y listo. Hay muchas cosas comentadas que son parte de la configuración que en principio no tendrias que tocar por que para hacerlo andar no hace falta. Toda la info la vas a encontrar en la documentacion:

Luego ejecutamos el comando:

docker-compose up -d
creando wekan con docker

Como vemos en la imagen anterior, luego de ejecutar el comando comenzara a bajar las imagenes correspondientes si es que no las tienes ya en en tu maquina o servidor, y luego creará los contenedores poniendo DONE como se ve en la imagen anterior. Sino es asi ocurrio algun problema que debemos mirar.

wekan en localhost

Si ponen localhost en el navegador (yo lo estoy probando en mi maquina sino tendrían que poner la ip de donde lo tienen instalado) van a ver que ya esta funcionando. Registraremos una cuenta pero OJO! es importante saber que como aun no esta configurado correctamente no nos va a llegar ningun mail de confirmacion ni nada.

Entonces:

1 – Registrar cuenta

2 – Ingresar con la cuenta registrada

Ya tenemos nuestro WEKAN funcionando sobre docker. Podemos ir a configuración y ver que hay miles de funcionalidades para aprovechar como conectar con un ldap existente, importar tableros que tengamos en trello, configurar un smtp para justamente funcione todo lo del correo (mensajes verificacion etc).
